How a request, quote and confirmed private transfer differ.

This demonstration text is not an approved agreement or a promise that a vehicle, driver, price or provider is available. Do not enter real personal or payment information into the demonstration.

Request and confirmation

A booking request is not a confirmed ride. The operator must verify the route, vehicle capacity, child-seat needs, driver availability and required permissions before offering checkout. A reservation is confirmed only after its applicable payment and confirmation steps succeed.

Price and payment

The quote shows the fare, included services, applicable charges, cancellation tiers and expiry before you request a booking. An accepted quote keeps a snapshot of those terms; later pricebook changes do not reprice it. The demonstration uses simulated checkout and does not take a real payment.

Changes and cancellations

Trip changes require a new agreement. A round trip can have separately cancellable legs; the applicable refund amount is shown before cancellation. See the cancellation policy for the policy presented with a quote.

Information and consent

Provide accurate trip, passenger, luggage and child-seat requirements so the operator can assess capacity. Optional message permissions are separate from accepting booking terms. Read the consent notice and privacy notice before making a choice.

The legal entity, final service obligations, dispute process and approved policy versions require owner and counsel review. No draft becomes live merely by appearing on this page.
