Terminal by terminal
Your cruise documents name your terminal. Tell us the number when you book and check it again the week before you sail.
Follow the port’s signs for the A terminals. We drop you at your terminal’s passenger drop-off lane so porters can take tagged bags before you walk in.
Follow the port’s signs for the B terminals. On the way home we meet you at the terminal’s ground-transportation area named in your confirmed trip instructions.

Cruise luggage is bulky
Count every suitcase, carry-on and stroller on the quote. If the whole party does not fit one vehicle, we plan more than one.

Round trips on cruise days
Orlando International Airport (MCO) → Port Canaveral cruise terminals: typically about 94 min; our dispatchers plan for up to 127 min. DEMO estimate
We plan the pickup from the start of your boarding window, the drive time our dispatchers plan with and a buffer for loading luggage and children.
Book the pickup for after your expected walk-off time, not the ship’s arrival time. Carrying your own bags off usually means an earlier walk-off.
Leave a generous gap between walk-off and your flight; ask us about the airport run when you send your inquiry.

The port route is inquiry-only while permits, insurance and the full-prepayment rule are reviewed. The terminal list and drop-off/pickup notes describe our operating intent and still need review against the port’s current rules.
Questions families ask
Yes, if your flight lands early enough for your boarding window. Many families prefer to fly in the day before; we can quote the airport-to-hotel ride and the hotel-to-port ride separately.
No — the drop-off lanes are for unloading only. Keep documents and anything you need tonight in hand luggage before you leave the car.
You tell us the terminal number from your cruise documents when you book; cruise lines occasionally change terminals, so check it again the week before you sail.
The port’s permit, insurance and prepayment rules must be reviewed before we accept bookings. Until then, send an inquiry and a person will reply.
