Check the dates, directions and hotel for every leg on your trip page. Keep your flight information and your private trip link where you can find them.
The status of every leg, pickup windows, the vehicle class, payment status and the cancellation terms that apply. Driver and vehicle details appear close to pickup time.
Gather your party and collect your luggage. Aircraft arrival and passenger readiness are different moments: for arrivals we plan from the gate arrival plus time for baggage.
If a flight or plan changes, tell us through Support in “My trip”. Do not rely on the static content of a web page for a live update.
Use the location in your confirmed trip. Check that the driver and vehicle match the details you were given, and that all people and bags are accounted for before leaving.
No airport floor, terminal door or curbside zone is asserted here. Reviewed meeting instructions, where published, are on each route page.
Recheck the departure date, hotel pickup, party details and pickup time on your trip page. Ask through Support if anything changes.
Times are Orlando local time (America/New_York). If a time happens twice or not at all because of a daylight-saving change, the quote asks which one you mean instead of guessing.
How booking works
We only confirm what we can actually serve. A price is not a promise of availability, so a person checks every request before you pay.
Start a quoteChoose your route, date and time or your arriving flight, and tell us about your party, luggage and any child seats. You see every line item, the total, the quote expiry time and the cancellation terms. Prices are calculated by our booking service—never in your browser.
Your request is received but not yet confirmed. You get a reference and a private link to follow it.
A dispatcher checks a specific vehicle, a qualified driver and any child seats for every leg of your trip, then holds them for a short time.
We send a payment link to a hosted checkout page. Card details never touch this site.
Your booking is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms payment and capacity is committed. Driver and vehicle details appear in “My trip” close to pickup time.
