For an arrival, choose “My arriving flight”: we plan the pickup from the gate arrival plus time for baggage. If the flight cannot be verified, staff review the request before anything is confirmed. For a ride to the airport, choose a fixed pickup time.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Not online: quotes cover direct transfers. After you book, you can ask through Support in “My trip”; staff review any change before it applies.
What will my trip page show?
The status of every leg, pickup windows, the vehicle class, payment status and the cancellation terms that apply. Driver and vehicle details appear close to pickup time.
