Arriving at MCO with kids: a calm first hour
The first hour after landing sets the tone for the whole trip. This is the order of things that tends to keep everyone — including the grown-ups — in good spirits.

Before you fly
Put your flight number in your booking rather than a pickup time. We plan the pickup from the tracked gate arrival plus the time it usually takes to collect bags, so a late landing does not leave anyone waiting at the kerb.
Count everything that needs a seat or boot space: every child, every checked bag, every stroller and car seat you are bringing. Your quote checks each vehicle against the whole list.
- Charge the phone you gave us — it is how your driver reaches you.
- Pack snacks and a change of clothes in the carry-on, not the checked bag.
- Tell us each child’s car seat type, or choose “Unsure — staff review”.
After you land
Landing is not the same as being ready. Head for the restrooms first if you need them, then baggage claim. Gate-checked strollers usually come back at the aircraft door; checked strollers arrive with the bags.
Open “My trip” once you have your bags. It shows your pickup window and — close to pickup — the driver and vehicle details to match before anyone gets in.
Meeting your driver
Use the meeting point in your confirmed trip instructions, not a general airport guess. Airports change kerb assignments, and your confirmation is what we keep current.
Check the driver name and vehicle against your trip page before loading bags. If something does not match, do not get in — contact us from your trip page.
Car seats and the last few minutes
If you asked for car seats, give the driver a moment to confirm each seat against your children before setting off. If you brought your own seat, tell us in advance so we plan the time to fit it.
